Industry Trends – Winter 2023/2024
Sellen has published our Industry Trends update for more than 20 years, and our goal for each edition is simple: to provide our partners with the information you need to make informed decisions in the local construction market. The Winter 2023/2024 update includes Sellen’s latest in-house cost escalation data, market sector analysis, and an introduction to Sr. Director of Preconstruction and Estimating Randy Boettcher.
The new update also includes a Q&A with Director of Special Projects Travis Harth; a look at Sellen’s in-progress 35 Stone project, including its mass timber components and pursuit of Seattle’s Living Building Challenge pilot program; and a preview of upcoming labor negotiations in 2024.
