Industry Trends – Summer 2023
Sellen has published our Industry Trends update for more than 20 years, and our goal for each edition is simple: to provide our partners with the information you need to make informed decisions in the local construction market. We polled a group of local 50 owners, architects, and subcontractors to learn more about the collective challenges we are facing in the Puget Sound construction industry. The results of that poll — combined with our in-house cost escalation data and analysis — are featured in our Summer 2023 report.
