Over the last 75 years, we have seen the Puget Sound region grow tremendously. Perhaps nowhere is this change more evident than in South Lake Union, where Sellen has been headquartered since 1944. A neighborhood once known as an industrial warehouse district has transformed into a burgeoning office and biotech hub. With all of this change comes the need to build more residential and hotel spaces throughout the city to accommodate newcomers in the Pacific Northwest.
