Pickle at the Palms Construction Updates

January 2026 Construction Activity:

Upcoming Activity for January:

  • Continue alley road construction between 15th Ave W and 16th Ave W.
  • Miscellaneous concrete pours. Concrete trucks will be staged in closed lane of 15th Ave W.
  • Install of underground building utilities onsite and offsite.
  • Structural steel erection. Steel trucks will be staged in closed lane of 15th Ave W.

 

Sidewalk and road changes occurring in January:

  • Daily, closure of the west travel lane on 15th Ave W SB. Sidewalk will remain open. Flaggers will be present to assist with pedestrian traffic.
