May 2026 Construction Activity:
Upcoming Activity for May:
- Continue alley road construction between 15th Ave W and 16th Ave W.
- Miscellaneous concrete pours. Concrete trucks will be staged in closed lane of 15th Ave W.
- Install of permanent light poles on the west side of 15th.
- Street restoration on 15th sidewalk demo and reinstall.
- Install of exterior mural along 15th Ave.
- Landscaping installation.
- Install of exterior perimeter fencing.
Sidewalk and road changes occurring in May:
- 24/7 closure of the west travel lane on 15th Ave W SB. Pedestrian walkway will remain open.

Pickle at the Palms is a new indoor pickleball destination arriving in summer of 2026. Located on 15th Avenue West, just south of the Ballard Bridge, Pickle at the Palms has been designed and will be built from the ground-up to provide a player-focused pickleball experience.
