Director of Data Solutions and Performance

Senior Preconstruction Manager

The Senior Preconstruction Manager oversees the preconstruction activities on assigned projects and communicates closely with clients and design teams creating a strong, collaborative, team-oriented environment. This position is responsible for the development of preliminary budgets, detailed take-off and estimating, value engineering, preconstruction schedules, and procurement plan, prequalification of subcontractors, definition of bid package scopes, the subcontractor / supplier bidding process, evaluation of bids, presentation of detailed estimates of the work, evaluation of alternative solutions and assisting the Project Manager in buying-out the project.

Accounts Payable Accountant-Subcontracts

The Subcontract Accountant will perform a variety of accounting functions within the Subcontracts group. These functions include review, analysis and audit of subcontractor cost substantiations, monitoring them for accuracy, completeness and contract compliance; review, scanning and data entry of subcontractor invoices and contracts; weekly subcontract payment disbursements, ensuring the timely payment of associated and approved subcontractor invoices in accordance with contract terms.

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will lead diverse teams through proposal and interview efforts, and create original written and visual content to tell the Sellen story with authenticity and creativity.

Project Accountant

The Project Accountant performs general accounting tasks in support of a project team. This includes data entry, analysis, billing, reporting, and performs payroll and job cost processes specific to one or more projects and construction job sites.
