Job Cost and Accounts Receivable Accountant

The Job Cost and Accounts Receivable Accountant will perform a variety of accounting functions within the Job Cost and Accounts Receivable group. This position performs and advises on a variety of job cost (JC) and accounts receivable (AR) activities, including but not limited to verifying contracts, processing account billings, applying cash receipts, administering lien waivers, managing owner receivables and processing cost and budget reports for the project management team.

Front Desk Receptionist

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, directing calls appropriately, and for performing general office administration. Also referred to as Sellen’s “Director of First Impressions,” the Receptionist represents the company as the first point of contact for clients, employees, and members of the public.

Site Safety Coordinator

The Site Safety Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the jobsite safety activities

Commercial Construction Project Manager

Demonstrate Sellen’s brand and values by leading people to collaborate and drive projects to successful completion. The Project Manager provides leadership and accountability for successful project delivery in all phases of the construction project. The PM ensures that contract documents are adhered to, that work is on schedule and within budget, and that the project is brought to satisfactory completion.

Administrative Supervisor

The Administrative Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of administrative functions and work within the team assigned to Sellen’s Main Office. They perform contract and project administration work and provide guidance on work assignments assigned to the team. The Administrative Supervisor works closely with the Director, Executive Office to support office logistics coordination, vendor management, and team staffing.

Construction Safety Director

Sellen’s Director of Safety defines the standards, measures, and means for safe work at Sellen. This role leads, influences, and builds shared commitments to improve the health and safety of work. The Director of Safety is responsible for establishing the priorities, focus, necessary controls, policies, and operational standards for the Safety department and oversees the effective implementation and management of safety programs, policies, communication efforts, reporting, administration, and accident prevention.
