Sellen's Special Project Division (SPD) is a more effective method for Sellen to provide fast, efficient, and streamlined services to our clients who have special project needs. Often these clients don't have the luxury of a lengthy preconstruction phase, or the timing of the project requires that we accelerate the project, sometimes working from unfinished drawings to achieve target dates. As a cohesive group focused exclusively on clients with similar needs, Sellen SPD is better positioned to respond with increased flexibility.
For
very small projects, Sellen's SPD also has a fleet of service vans stocked
with tools and equipment to get in and out quickly and with maximum
cost effectiveness. The benefit to our clients: quick response, direct
communication, less process.
