Continuing Education We know that our future is based on the ability to encourage and support the success of each employee. This is the reason behind our strong focus on employee training. We pride ourselves on being a learning organization. We understand that learning is a continuous process that runs parallel to work. We empower people to think creatively, share insights, and take risks (except where safety is concerned). We train our supervisors in the art of coaching others and have developed a mentoring program that involves many of our employees. We encourage our employees to share their expertise through in-house training. No matter what position you start in, we offer opportunities for continual training and education. This is supported by a full-time training coordinator, who is dedicated to helping employees and departments reach their goals.
