Company Environment Our new company headquarters is a sign of our commitment to our employees. The building has become a hub for increased project collaboration and problem solving, the site of more internal training and education, and yes, a few celebrations, too. The 38,000 square foot facility has everything we could ever want to make our days more comfortable and productive: fitness room and locker rooms; employee penthouse lounge; rooftop deck; large multi-use training rooms; and multi-media conference rooms. Building on our strong, traditional foundation, Sellen is committed to using state-of-the-art technology in the delivery of our services and projects. And because technology is so important to our success, it is something we paid a great deal of attention to during the design process. It's accurate to say that our new headquarters is truly wired for the future. In keeping with our commitment to pursue sustainable design and construction both as an owner and as a general contractor, we worked to incorporate as many green building design strategies as we could. We're proud to have achieved a U.S. Green Building Council LEED™ "Pioneer" rating for our building. |
