Field Careers

Sellen is an employer of choice for Puget Sound area craftspeople. Since our founding, we have taken great pride in the amount of work we perform with our own forces. We typically have more union payroll labor hours on an annual basis than any other contractor in the state. The clients we work with have come to clearly understand and appreciate the value this brings to their projects.

Sellen has a following of a group of approximately 650 craftspeople who continuously work on our projects. Because nearly all of our work is in the Puget Sound area, our superintendents rely on a pool of specialized craftspeople who understand our requirements for quality, safety and performance.

We also maintain our own casework production shop and equipment yard in Mountlake Terrace, Washington.

It is our philosophy to promote from within the company whenever possible. If you have prior field supervisory experience in the Pacific Northwest construction market and have excellent technical, communication, and coaching skills, we would be interested in hearing more from you.
