Phased occupancy conversion of 3-story former office building into a clinical, laboratory, & outpatient surgical center for Northwest Hospital. In addition to gutting the entire structure and retrofitting it with structural steel, part of the second floor was removed to create an interior atrium.

In addition to the shell & core conversion, Sellen crews built out a number of the major tenant spaces, many of which were phased, fast-track projects in occupied facilities.
