3-story medical office building on the St. Francis Hospital Campus in Federal Way housing 35 physician suites, a 6-suite ambulatory surgery center, radiology department and imaging center.

In addition to the 53,000 SF steel frame with steel joists & metal deck structure, scope included an 150,000 SF asphalt parking lot, landscaping, and a 200 LF covered walkway that connects the new building to the existing hospital.
