Construction of a 14-story medical office building, 300-foot skybridge & 1,050 space, below-grade parking garage was completed by Sellen crews on a full city block at the northwest corner of the Swedish Medical Center | First Hill campus. The phased, 665,000 SF project was built over a 2-1/2 year period and also included complete build-out of tenant spaces including the Family Medicine Clinic, Northwest Spine Surgeons, Bartell Drugs, and Starbucks.
